All products carry a
12 month warranty and a 30 day money back guarantee. If the product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace the affected part at our discretion.
Where necessary we will replace the entire unit. In the eventuality that we need to replace or repair a part of the unit
or replace the entire unit the Company accepts no liability for any extra works which may be involved ie removal and or re-fitting of
the product. If the product is found to be faulty due to negligence in the fitting and or use by the customer then no refund will be made and the warranty will be declared void.
The warranty is only on a Return to Base basis and the expense of transportation is to be borne by the buyer. Any alterations to the product will invalidate the warranty.
In the case of returns the item must be returned to us in its original condition with all the packaging intact and you must have a good reason to
return it. Before returning the item you must contact us to say you are returning it and be in receipt of a returns number. We will only accpet returns if the following conditions apply:
1) The item is not as it was described or pictured on your invoice
2) The item is clearly not suitable for the job to which is is being described
3) The product is faulty
